Inverurie Orchestra presents...

Inverurie Orchestra, under its conductor Dr Paul Tierney and leader Nicola Auchnie, presents “An Evening of Music from Stage and Screen” at the Acorn Centre Sunday December, 16 at 7.30pm. Music will include themes from Star Trek, Braveheart, Thunderbirds, Pirates of the Caribbean and more. This will be a rousing evening’s entertainment with the orchestra at full strength. Tickets are available from Morgan’s Music or on the door but seats are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.

This is the third concert by Inverurie Orchestra this year. A well supported concert of Russian music in June was a big success and a matinee concert in September for the Gordon Forum’s “Value of Age Festival” played to a full house. The Orchestra will be joining with the Inverurie Choral Society in 2013 to present a program of music by Elgar in June.
