Charity to benefit from Race Night

THE local Aberdeenshire cardiac rehab charity, Grampian Cardiac Rehabilitation Association, has been invited by the Garioch Lions to be partners in a special Family Fun Race Night in Inverurie Town Hall on Saturday, April 6, starting at 6.30pm.

Each race will have children as jockeys on one of six “hobby-horses”. There will also be a bar, table savouries and there will be a raffle. Tables will be decorated with the theme “Have a Heart for your Local Cardiac Charity”.

Tickets cost £5 for adults and children under 12 are free. Tickets are available from Garioch Lions Trevor Joss on 0777 374 7815, GCRA Secretary Bert Hosie on (01467) 62366, or the GCRA office on (0188) 569160.
