A Scottish charity are calling on deaf people or those with hearing loss/tinnitus to join their research panel.
Action on Hearing Loss Scotland are looking for people to take part and help influence their work.
Those on the panel will be given regular opportunities to participate in the charity’s research projects including completing short surveys and through one-to-one interviews and focus groups.
Director of Action on Hearing Loss Scotland Delia Henry said: “We’d be grateful if Ellon residents would get involved in our panel, which we hope offers a great opportunity to feed in their first-hand experience of hearing loss and highlight everyday issues that will help shape our future work, supporting people who are deaf or have hearing loss or tinnitus to live their lives to the full.”
The information gathered from the research will inform Action on Hearing Loss’s services and campaigning work for a world where hearing loss doesn’t limit or label people and where people value their hearing.
To join the panel complete a short questionnaire by visiting aohl.org.uk/researchpanel or by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.
