Local cafe, wine bar and restaurant Vallure is stepping into its second year of trading with a number of special offers, events for all to enjoy, a brand new chef and a brand new menu. .
Chef, Brian Ross who has 30 years’ experience, and who formerly worked at Four Mile House, Kingswells said he was planning to keep things “fresh and simple”. He added: “I worked with a German chef for a number of years so he has influenced me a great deal, and that translates into my food”
Vallure will be re-launched for the general public on Saturday, September 3, followed by an invitation only, corporate event on Sunday, September 4.
Vallure owner, Valery Deans said: “We have a new set evening menu with one-course meals for £8.95, two courses for £9.45 and three for £12.45 along with an extended evening snack menu and platters. Our day-time menu prices have also been greatly reduced together with our house wines.”
In addition to a host of special offers, diners will receive reduced taxi fares home when the taxi is booked by Vallure and they spend over £75.00, and they will be served by a team of friendly, family orientated staff in a cosy, ambient atmosphere.
In addition to day time and evening dining in the congenial atmosphere of the restaurant, Vallure also offers live entertainment which includes comedy nights (£6 per head), open mike nights for semi professional musicians, party nights and jazz nights, all free of charge, and evenings with the medium, Maureen Smith for which tickets cost £22 per head, including buffet.
Vallure caters for functions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, leaving dos, pre-wedding functions hen and stag nights for up to 45 people, and regularly hold charity events for charities such as Barnado’s and Help the Heroes.
