Parents, carers, the voluntary sector and children and young people themselves are being asked for their views on healthcare in the North-east.
Child Heath 2020 is NHS Grampian’s draft strategic framework for Children and Young People.
It has been put together following engagement with children, their parents and carers, NHS staff and partners. The document is now going out for wider consultation before it goes before NHS Grampian board members later this year.
The framework is built around six themes:● putting children, young people and their families at the heart of healthcare;● acting early and intervening at the right time; safe and sustainable services; integration and partnership;● workforce, education and training and● knowledge and evidence.
The document is now available on the NHS Grampian website – www.nhsgrampian.org/childrenandyoungpeople. All suggestions put forward during the consultation will be considered.
