THE owner of the Peerie Pantry in Kemnay is hoping to bake up lots of cash for the MS Society when she hosts a fundraising Cake Break event next month.
Cake Break is the MS Society’s flagship fundraising event, which takes place on Friday (May 4), or a day that is more suitable, and the Society is asking everyone to don their pinny and get baking to beat MS. Jane Bleakley is hosting a Cake Break in the Peerie Pantry during the week of Monday, April 30, to Saturday, May 5. She is also very kindly donating the profits of all books sold during that week to the MS Society too.
Jane said: “The MS Society is a great cause to support and I felt that Cake Break was a fundraising event that the Peerie Pantry could get involved with.”
If you like baking and would like to get in on a slice of the action, Jane says there is still time to sign up and would encourage people to host a Cake Break event. You can sign up today, by simply visiting www.mssociety.org.uk/cakebreak
Once you have signed up you will receive a fantastic Cake Break pack which has everything you will need to run a successful Cake break event.
