Disability charity Momentum Skills will host its first Fashion Evening in conjunction with KAGA Gifts in Kintore Public Hall on Friday, October 31.
The event, which is open to anyone, will start at 7.30pm, admission is by ticket only, costing £5 inclusive of refreshments.
A range of leather and fashion handbags, jewellery and accessories will available to buy on the night, along with items for the home, kids and gents too.
Proceeds from the KAGA Fashion Evening will help charity Momentum Skills support people with acquired brain injuries and other disabilities in North East Scotland.
Momentum provides vocational rehabilitation and training services, empowering people with disabilities and those who are socially excluded to gain the skills they need to live independently and to gain access to employment.
Established in 1990, Momentum Skills now operates from 16 locations across the UK and assists some 2,500 people to achieve their goals each year.
Momentum Skills fundraiser Michael Jamieson said “We’re excited to be hosting our first fashion evening in Kintore to raise funds for our services which support people with disabilities to achieve their life goals.
“Having staged many such events in the Garioch area over the years, and knowing how generous people in the North East are, as demonstrated by our recent coffee morning in Inverurie when we raised £700, I’m looking forward to their support on the day.”
