The brand new range of

The brand new range of "midgie" repellent soap from Inspire Soaps

INSPIRE Soaps, the day service for adults and young people with learning disabilities and additional support needs in Inverurie is to launch a range of “magical” midgie repellent soap products.

The new range is set to be launched in time for Spring 2014.

Louise Pugh, Support Manager at Inspire Soaps, said, “Here at Inspire Soaps we are being busy bees in the spring time! As midgie season will soon be upon us, we are making our midgie repellent soap containing citronella and bog myrtle oil. Bog myrtle grows in damp places that attract midgies, so like dock leaves and nettles, they are nature’s helping hand to keep you protected. Completely free of chemicals but still very effective, come along or phone us to place an order now.”

Inspire Soaps are part of local learning disability charity Inspire, who empower the life choices of adults, young people and children with learning disabilities and additional support needs in north east Scotland. The service is a member of the Guild of Craft Soap & Toiletry Makers, and produce creative, vibrant and colourful products including a range of quality and scented soaps, hand creams, wedding favours and corporate gifts to meet individual specifications.

Opened in April 2010, the service is now a place where individuals have worthwhile occupations and where everyone is treated with respect and dignity as part of the wider community. Inspire empower life choices of adults, young people and children with learning disabilities and additional support needs in North East Scotland.
