North East Scotland College have revealed a range of new courses which will be offered in Ellon starting next month.
A variety of part-time day and evening programmes are set to run along with two full-time classes at Ellon Learning Centre from September.
Computing with Confidence classes alongside various European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) options will be held to allow people the opportunity to find out more about computers. Creative classes such as an Introduction to Dressmaking and Digital Photography workshops will also be available. People looking to work in a modern office environment may be interested in applying for some of the full time options which include Administration and Information Technology and NC Administration.
Community Development and Part-time Learning manager, Joy Aiken, said: “Whether you want to top up your skills to further your career, gain new skills and qualifications or would just like to enjoy yourself while making new friends, we have something for everyone.
“Places on courses can be booked now through www.nescol.ac.uk or by contacting the Inverurie Learning Centre on 01467 623651 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.”
An open day will be held at Ellon Learning Centre on Monday, August 25 from 2-7pm where staff will provide advice on the classes and also to take bookings. The Centre is located in Ellon Academy Annex.
