Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace, has announced the retirement of Elizabeth Merson, Partner and Branch Principal at the firm’s Inverurie Office.

Elizabeth, who has had a connection with the firm spanning more than 40 years, started her career with George Raeburn in 1975 working from the firm’s Ellon office.

Elizabeth has been Branch Principal at the Inverurie Office since 2010 where she has used her many years’ experience in the sale and purchase of residential property to assist those looking to settle in or move to Inverurie and the surrounding area.

Her extensive knowledge of the locality and its property market has made her an invaluable and respected head of the firm’s Inverurie team.

Elizabeth said: “I have had the most enjoyable career with Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace.

“I have worked with some amazing teams of people and would like to thank them and my clients for all their support over the years.”

Elizabeth now hands over the reins to her daughter Jane Merson and colleague Ian Angus, both qualified solicitors.
