Preparations are underway for Tesco’s Got Talent 2014 which is being organised by staff at the Fraserburgh branch of the supermarket.
Tesco’s Got Talent is back for another year and will be held on Saturday, April 26, at the Dalrymple Hall in Fraserburgh.
The contest is open not just to singers but also to dancing groups, choirs, comedians, instrument players and bands. Organisers will accept any entries as long as they are family orientated.
And, in an exciting twist to this year’s event, if there are more than 12 entries there will be auditions held two weeks prior to the main event.
Organisers are once again looking for entries and if you would like to enter you can pick up an entry form from the Tesco Fraserburgh Customer Service Desk or by visiting the Tesco Fraserburgh Facebook page where you can download a form.
The cost is £10 to enter and the closing date for entries is April 5.
Commenting, Martin Wisely of Tesco Fraserburgh said: “Preparations for the event are now underway, with tickets ready to be printed so they can go on sale.
“As ever we’re all looking forward to this event and we also have a few new ideas.
“As always all the proceeds will be going to charity. First one being the Tesco Charity of the Year and other being FJAS (Fraserburgh Junior Arts Society).”
Further details on when and where to buy tickets for the show will be announced in due course.
