The new office, located at 25 Albyn Place, Aberdeen will be opening on Wednesday, October 1, led by Associate, Kirsten Will B.Sc. Hons MArch RIAS. Kirsten has been with the practice since June 2012 and is an Associate Members of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland & Aberdeen Society of Architects.

The opening of a second office is the direct result of an increasing demand for their architectural services and expertise and will create two new positions within the company.

Currently working on a large number of projects throughout Aberdeenshire, Moray, Angus, Highlands, Perth and Kinross, an Aberdeen office will enhance the service for city based clients, improve contact with Aberdeen City Council Planning and Building Standards and provide the opportunity to develop new clients as the company continues to expand. William Lippe Architects Ltd celebrates 30 years in business in 2015.

Commenting on the opening of the new office, William Lippe said, “We are delighted to be taking this step at this time, the level of experience in our team, combined with an upturn in the current economic climate and demand from existing clients makes the decision the right one for the company”.
