Strathburn School pupil Aulbany Clark recently entered a beauty pageant and made it to the final.
Aulbany had to raise money for the non-profit charity United Together which raises awareness for racism, bullying and discrimination.
A charity race night was organised by Aulbany and her family and they asked local businesses in Inverurie and Kemnay for raffle prize donations.
The race night was held on May 20 and raised £400.
The beauty pageant took place on May 22 and Aulbany was crowned face of the charity for the next year, meaning she will make appearances to raise awareness of the work the charity does.
She would like to thank all the businesses for their help and support.
