A popular caravan and camping show is to return to Inverurie this summer.

Thainstone Events, part of ANM Group, is ready once again to set up site to host the popular two-day Scottish Caravan and Camping extravaganza encouraging people to experience and celebrate Scotland’s great outdoors.

Appealing to all nature lovers, adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts, the annual show - featuring an array of displays, exhibitions and activities, will take place on June 19 and 20.

It will be held at ANM Group’s hub at Thainstone Centre.

John Gregor, ANM Group Executive Director, said: “We are delighted to organise and host the Scottish Caravan and Camping Show at Thainstone again this year.

“Since our first show in 2011 the event has gone from strength to strength and keeps improving every year.

“The range of exhibitions and entertainment offered over the two days and free camping site at Thainstone means that it appeals to an incredibly wide audience.

Last year’s show was a resounding success, attracting people from all over Scotland. This year organisers are hoping to draw an even larger crowd to the North East, both exhibitors and visitors will have the chance to be interviewed by the event’s media sponsor Original 106 FM and win great prizes through exhibitor-led competitions.

Mr Gregor said: “We are proud to announce that Dyce Caravans has agreed to be our principal sponsor of the show for a fifth consecutive year.

“The family-run business is renowned throughout the Scottish caravan and motorhome community for its experience and integrity.”

Dyce Caravans provides new caravans and motorhomes but also provides a range of used motorhomes, awnings and accessories, storage, servicing and repairs.

Ken Cumming, Sales Director of Dyce Caravans, said: “We are delighted to once again sponsor this prestigious show.

“As the largest dealer in the North of Scotland, we see this as a fantastic opportunity to engage with outdoor enthusiasts as well as people new to caravanning.”
