A local youngster has raised over £1,000 for the Garioch Support Group for Parkinson’s.
With the support of her family and Oyne Primary school, 10-year-old Chloe Barber raised a fantastic total of £1106.27.
Chloe raised the money by doing a sponsored jog, hosting an afternoon tea, raffles and a sales table.
The money will be used for research to find a cure, and in supporting local meetings, for everyone affected by Parkinson’s.
Chloe decided to raise money in memory of her Granda George who had Parkinson’s.
