Nanette Milne, Scottish Conservative MSP for the North-east welcomed pupils and teachers from Inverurie Academy on a visit to Holyrood.
The pupils watched First Minister’s Questions then had a tour of the Scottish Parliament before Nanette answered questions about the life and role of an MSP.
The Scottish Parliament is open to visitors free of charge. You are welcome to enter the building without the need to book in advance and explore the public areas at your leisure. This includes the Debating Chamber but a free ticket is required when parliament is in session. There is also a shop, café and exhibition.
All visiting arrangements are subject to change due to parliamentary business and events.
When the Parliament is in recess there are no Committee meetings or debates in the Debating Chamber.
