Conservation charity, the National Trust for Scotland, is running the latest of its ‘Regional Assemblies’ in Aberdeenshire next month.
Everyone with an interest in the North-east’s historic castles, houses and natural beauty is invited to attend the free event, which is to take place at the Haddo House on Saturday, May 7.
Regional assemblies are seen as an important means for the Trust’s leaders and experts to stay in contact with local members and communities.
The Haddo assembly is being hosted by the charity’s chairman, Sir Moir Lockhead, and is the first such event he has taken part in since being appointed to the role last year.
The event takes place from 10am.
