Collieston & Slains WRI took the form of a Festive Flowers Workshop in their December meeting.

Organised by President Carol Proudlock, everyone fell eagerly to creating their Christmas table centre arrangements out of a range of foliage, carnations, roses, baubles and bling inserted cunningly into simple bases of oasis.

The resultant table decorations were very varied and individual and very attractive.

Many people went home quite amazed and delighted with their creations.

Some tasty festive nibbles and drinks were provided by the Institute Funds, and after everyone had received a gift from ‘Secret Santa’ the president wished all a very happy festive season.
