Delicious Scottish food and drink will be on offer in Inverurie when Tesco’s ‘Enjoy the Taste of Scotland’ road show arrives Saturday, July 28.
Working with producers throughout Scotland, the Tesco road show will visit 26 locations across the country, giving people the opportunity to enjoy delicious tasting demonstrations using Scottish ingredients. They can also find out more about some of the local producers working with Tesco in Scotland.
The road show is supported by some of Scotland’s finest brands including Nairn’s Oatcakes, Paterson Arran, McIntosh and Famous Grouse. Seasonal produce will also be served from Scotland’s favourite producers, such as Greenvale potatoes, Good Natured Fruit and Scotherbs.
Rural Affairs Secretary Richard Lochhead said: “We have many hard working and innovative businesses and farmers throughout Scotland who produce the highest quality, premium food and drink. I’m pleased that Tesco will encourage more Scots to eat local and enjoy the very best of Scotland’s larder.”
