Police Scotland are investigating an incident that occurred about 1pm on Saturday, November 12, at a residential property on Church Lane, Kemnay where a male entered an insecure property. The male was disturbed by the occupant and ran off.

The male is described as being between 14 to 18 years old, about 5'7" in height and of a thin build.

He was wearing a light grey hooded top with a red high neck top underneath and light coloured trousers. He was last seen running in the direction of Kemnay Church Hall where he was lost to view.

Constable Graeme Allan, Inverurie Local Policing Team states "This is a very unusual crime for the Garioch area. The occupant although shaken was uninjured but it is very important that this individual is traced and brought to justice."
