A fire has broken out at the Lethenty Mill in Inverurie.
The Herald understands that eight appliances were called to the scene in a bid to tackle the blaze that started at around 4.45am this morning.
Additional help was called in including a support unit, a water carrier and height vehicle.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have sent over 50 firefighters to the site.
A number of businesses are based at Lethenty Mill including a photography studio, a sawmill and workshop.
