Barthol Chapel SWI held an open night at their November meeting.
The entertainment was provided by Moira Stewart and friends, from Turriff.
At the end of a very enjoyable evening, Mrs Jennifer Leys gave the vote of thanks,
Mrs Leys welcomed everyone to the December meeting. The minutes of the last two meetings were read by Mrs Irene Ross.
Mrs Alice Sinclair gave the Federation report and Jennifer the group report and attended to the business.
As the speaker was unable to attend, Jennifer read some poems, members played pass the parcel and sang some Christmas carols.
They also reminisced about some of the good times and laughs over the years, which was followed by a lovely cup of tea with sausage rolls, mincemeat pies and truffles served by Mrs Winnie Moir and hostesses.

Mrs Harriet Duncan gave the vote of thanks and Jennifer wished everyone a safe journey home and a happy Christmas.
