The dinner will be held on Friday, April 1.
Pro-Am convener Colin Grant said: “To date we have sold 60 tickets, but have set ourselves a target of 100.
“We recently put out 45 flyers to local businesses, and were awaiting feedback.
“In the meantime, the speakers are in place.”
The top table will include former Scotland coach Craig Brown, who also had a spell as manager at Aberdeen.
Less well known is Alan Tait a former European tour golfer, currently director of golf at the Marriott Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club.
In a trophy-laden career Tait won the Scottish Boys in 1986 and in the same year the Doug Sanders European and World junior titles at the Kings Links.
He then became only the fifth person in Scottish golf history to be capped at boys, youth and senior level in the same year.
Tickets for the dinner are available from the golf club, or by contacting Colin Grant at firstname.lastname@example.org
