Collieston residents have been doing their bit to improve the floral appearance of the village.
They were releasing seed bombs which are designed to spread local wild flowers in hard-to-reach places around the community.
Seed bombs are a mix of clay, earth and seeds rolled into little balls.
The clay gradually breaks down and allows the seeds to germinate and, hopefully, flourish where they land.
Local resident Sheena Junor had read about the idea and thought it would be a a worthwhile exercise for the local community.
Children and adults all joined in, having a great time aiming their ‘missiles’ into the wild areas.
