The Aberdeenshire Youth Council will be holding their annual campaign launch at Woodhill House later this month.
The youth council’s new campaign, ‘Youth Provision’, will be launched at the council headquarters on Monday, July 20.
For the past year members of the youth council have been working hard to ensure their current campaign, ‘Mental Health Awareness’ was a success.
This current campaign will draw to a close and the achievements will be discussed during the launch.
The members of the youth council will then share their plans which they have developed for the forthcoming year.
This is an exciting opportunity which allows the young members to lead the way.
There will also be the opportunity to meet some of the youth councillors as well as the Aberdeenshire members of the Scottish Youth Parliament.
The Youth Parliament is comprised of 150 members aged between 14-25 from across the country.
It aims is to represent young people and to listen to the issues which affect them.
