Aberdeen Gaelic Choir is gearing up for an evening of music and song in Aberdeen next Monday.
The choir, which is now in its 62nd choir, will perform at the city’s Blue Lamp on Monday, May 12 at 7.30pm.
President Mike McLintock said: “We have been fortunate in attracting quite a number of new enthusiastic members over the past few years. The extra numbers really add to the quality of our choral performance.
“We also have a number of talented singers and instrumentalists who will contribute to the variety of the evening. Although we are working hard on our songs for the National Mod, we have a wider repertoire which will feature on May 12.
“As at previous choir events in the Blue Lamp, entry will be by donation, there will be a bar and a raffle.”
Aberdeen Gaelic Choir meet every Tuesday at 7.30pm in Holburn West Church.
