North East Scotland College (NESCol) is holding an Open Day at their Inverurie Learning Centre to promote part-time learning in the local area.
The event will take place on Thursday, August 25 from 2-7pm at the centre on West Church Lane.
Staff will be on-hand to give advice on the suitability and content of classes and also take bookings.
With a diverse range of courses on offer, this autumn is the ideal time for those interested in trying something new to get started.
Introductory level courses in Inverurie are set to include knitting and crocheting, dressmaking, sewing and textiles, computing, internet & email, art for the amateur, British Sign Language, digital photography, French, Italian and Spanish.
For those who would like to take their existing skills to the next level or enhance their CV, there are a number of options including European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), Computing (Next Step), Creative Textiles Techniques, Digital Photography (Creative Photography: Landscapes or Portraiture, Purely Photography or Purely Photoshop), Elementary Food Hygiene and Emergency First Aid.
