The Garioch Youth Musical Society (GYMS) are set to bring their production of Alice to Inveurie’s Town Hall for four performances next week.
The group will perform in the Town Hall starting at 7.30pm from Thursday, November 12, to Saturday, November 14.
There will also be a performance at 2.30pm on the Saturday.
The GYMS is made up of 30 local people aged 10 to 17.
Secretary of the GYMS, Wendy Robson, said: “Alice is a musical celebration based on Lewis Carroll’s amazing ‘Alice in Wonderland’, originally published 150 years ago this year.
“The story begins in the real world amidst the audience then plunges into a whimsical world of fantasy and adventures as Alice meets the familiar characters of the White Rabbit, Mad Hatter, March Hare, Dormouse and a very cool caterpillar to name just a few!”
Wendy added: “Following on from the success of their last production, High School Musical, the Garioch Youth Musical Society continue to enjoy rehearsing to bring the charming story of Alice alive for your entertainment.
“Why not warm up your autumn evenings with a trip into Wonderland with Alice and her friends.”
